A simple plugin for superimposing two conformations of the same molecule. It takes two Adun systems as inputs and returns a pdb of the second system superimposed on the first which the user is prompted to save. Also returns the RMSD after superposition. The superposition is calculated via the Kabsch method using all-atoms, hence the two conformations must have exactly the same composition
